i shall finally start posting about my trip to shanghai.. xD
Day 1:
Arrived at Pudong International Airport. The moment we step out of the plane.. Weee the weather was great. Brrrrr.. yeah it was cold. Had our breakfast which is like freaking full.. Back in Singapore, breakfast is kept a simple affair.. Something easy to eat. Take a look at what we had for breakfast there!
There were like 10+ dishes on the table. Took the bullet train after this, it was called the Maglev. It was super fast.. My goodness.. Its highest speed was 431km/h.. Imagine at that speed how fast it would take for us to travel from Pasir Ris to Jurong... Haha! Went to ZhuJiaJiao water village after that. It was a ancient water village. The river there I can say is heavily polluted man.. People wash their laundry there and I even saw a woman throwing food into the river.. How dirty is that? Our last destination is the Net Master's Garden. It actually an ancient house like those you see in dramas.. The house is quite big and there is this huge pond in the centre of the house.
Day 2:
Went to the Suzhou Industrial Park where we attended a business forum. Had to wear formal that day larx and I realised that many people wear really not even dress formally lor. Went to this rooster park after the forum. Took many pictures there! The place is sooooooo nice.. Lots of crazy pictures and I have decided to post them at the next post. Went on to the Asia Pulp and Paper factory after that. That is where tissue and toilet papers are made. A little presentation which was so funny cause of the jokes made. And yes the most exciting event of the day. Our bus nearly toppled over while navigating a small corner. Luckily we were all cooperative and managed to get out of the bus one by one. CREDITS to the bus driver for getting all of us out safely. We had our dinner and tutorial quite late cuz of this. But well, what can we ask for? hehs!
Day 3:
Went to the Suzhou Singapore International school. Woah! the school is huge man.. The kids there are soo kid. The environment there is so nice! Perfect for studying I can tell you plus plus the cooling weather! LOVE it.. Went to the silk factory where we had our lunch. and YAH! there was a fly in our foood. So gross can! Took a tour of the silk factory but didn't buy anything. YES! finally going to shanghai. Stop over at this place where there were many factory outlets like nike, adidas, reebok.. you name it, they have it. hahas! Bought a nike pullover there and nothing else cause everything was like ex! Many people were soo disappointed larx! =[ Reached shanghai at night and we rushed to watch this acrobatic performance. Its very very NICE! Dinner after the show and then to the new hotel..
